1. Unless and until this agreement is cancelled, the Subscriber hereby authorizes Intouch Trading RAGHEE.com to charge Subscriber's credit card to pay for the ongoing (monthly, quarterly, or annually) cost of membership.

  2. Unless and until this agreement is cancelled, the Subscriber also authorizes RAGHEE.com to automatically renew on a recurring basis for the original term upon the expiration of the current term. The day that the Subscriber registers is the same day that he or she will be charged. However, if the expiration date should fall on a weekend, payment would be collected on the Friday before the due date. If subscriber has a declined account, he or she will be notified via e-mail. If RAGHEE.com receives no response within two days, subscriber will not be able to access the service on the 3rd day.

  3. If subscriber wishes to cancel their subscription, they must do so before their subscription expiration date. They must notify RAGHEE.com prior to the start of the next month's subscription or billing cycle. RAGHEE.com will then cancel Subscriber's membership at the end of the current billing cycle.   4. Pro rates and refunds are NOT available once billing has started for the current term.

  6. Memberships may be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity provided that:

    • RAGHEE.com is notified of this assignment.
    • RAGHEE.com has received accurate Credit Card information from the new individual or entity for the automatic renewals.
    • The credit card must be in Subscriber's name.
    • The credit card must be in the name of the Subscriber. (otherwise, a written consent must be faxed to Intouch Trading RAGHEE.com at (888) 201-8794.
